As General Manager of Electronic Security at Wilson Security, Norman is responsible for further expanding our technology capabilities, integrating advanced security solutions, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our clients.

Michael Bagnall

Michael is an experienced senior manager who has worked in the electronic security and medical alerting industries for over 18 years. Michael has experience working with large and complex project sales and project delivery with a focus on client satisfaction, efficient delivery and stakeholder management.

Michael brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge and is committed to ensuring continuous improvement for his clients through the adoption of emerging electronic security technology.

Michael is well-versed in new business development and is integral in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring Wilson Security can provide robust technology solutions to suit each client’s needs.

David Busse
National Sales Manager, Electronic Security

David joined Wilson Security in 2019, becoming a key member of the Wilson Electronic Security team.

David’s role as National Sales Manager, Key Accounts, is to advise and guide our clients to design effective and sustainable technology-based security solutions based on individual security needs and budgets.

David brings a wealth of experience to Wilson Security’s technology team; prior to joining Wilson Security, David held various roles across Operations, Logistics, Planning and Security. This includes a 17-year tenure with a publicly listed FMCG company as the Security Manager (APAC), and various other senior management roles for technology integration companies, providing security design consultancy and operational oversight to industry across Australia.

Carla Scuderi
National Operations Manager, Electronic Security

Carla is an experienced security professional with over 10 years in the industry, including extensive work across Australia and overseas. She has managed operations in challenging environments and plays a key role in major contracts such as Jemena and Iron Mountain.

When working as a National Manager for Key Accounts & Technology at Wilson Security, Carla was responsible for strategic integrated security accounts and growing the technology business.

Now as the National Operations Manager, Carla is responsible for leading the delivery of service, maintenance, and installations of Security Systems Infrastructure nationwide.

Her strengths lie in client relationship management, security systems knowledge, and developing tailored maintenance programs that support informed decision-making.
