Grant Moffitt – General Manager, Victoria & Defence | Chief Security Officer
Grant Moffitt is the General Manager – Victoria & Defence and Chief Security Officer at Wilson Security. He’s a veteran with experience leading large-scale and complex security operations, including work across high-security and sensitive environments.
Since joining Wilson Security in 2015, Grant has overseen major national contracts including Defence-related operations and large-scale programs such as major events and remote-site service delivery. His role has included oversight of long-term client engagements and operational governance across diverse environments.
He is responsible for leading Wilson Security’s Defence portfolio and Victoria operations, with a focus on structured delivery, operational coordination and client engagement across multiple sectors. As Chief Security Officer, he also holds responsibility for the company’s Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) accreditation.
Zoe Smith – State Manager, Victoria
Zoe Smith is the State Manager for Victoria, responsible for supporting operational delivery and contract oversight across the state. She joined Wilson Security in 2021, following a career in the insurance industry across government and utilities sectors.
Since joining Wilson Security, Zoe has held roles across operations and client management, working with corporate real estate and government clients. She progressed into State Manager within a short period, reflecting her experience in structured service delivery and team coordination.
In her current role, Zoe supports operational performance, compliance alignment and client service delivery across Victoria, including metropolitan Melbourne and regional locations.
