On occasion, Wilson Security partners with trusted contractors to support the delivery of services across our Guarding, Patrol, and Electronic Security teams. This approach helps us maintain reliable, high-quality standards for our customers while partnering with contractors who share our values and dedication to employee rights, safety, and governance.

All contractor engagements are managed within a transparent compliance framework, ensuring services are provided in accordance with relevant legislation, industrial awards, and Wilson Security policies. To support this approach, we launched and ran Project Elevate, a comprehensive process designed to identify and onboard contractors who meet our operational standards and business needs.

We were pleased with the strong interest and high-quality submissions, and the selected contractors have been officially notified and added to our approved vendor list.

Although we are not currently accepting new applications, we will repeat the Project Elevate process as our operational needs evolve.
