What is \STRIVE\?
\STRIVE\ formally recognises and acknowledges employees who have demonstrated our values and who have gone above and beyond their normal duties to make a positive difference to our people, customers and the communities we operate in to achieve our purpose - to build a safer future for everyone.
Having a consistent reward and recognition program for all our employees will help us to share the great examples of individuals who live our values and celebrate those successes.
How does \STRIVE\ work?
\STRIVE\ is multi-tiered and gives informal and formal mechanisms to recognise and reward employees for exceptional work performance, service and contribution in alignment with our Company values - Care, Integrity, Accountability, & Innovation.
Peers, managers or customers can nominate employees throughout the year who have gone above and beyond to make a positive difference to our business, customers, the communities we operate in and their peers.
\STRIVE\ is open to all direct company employees, including permanent or fixed-term, full-time or part-time employees, and casual employees.
Winners will be formally recognised monthly for our Wilson Security, Parking and First Security employees and three times a year for all other Wilson employees.

Wilson Security 2025 Employees of the Year
We announced the finalists and winners of our 2025 Employee of the Year Awards at a celebration in Melbourne.
The three categories are:
- Bravery Award
- Office Employee of the Year
- Field Employee of the Year
Finalists for the annual awards were selected from 55 monthly \STRIVE\ Award winners from more than 866 nominations made by peers, managers and customers. Finalists were selected from the monthly winners.
"I am very pleased to present the finalists and winners of our three award categories and recognise their outstanding contribution to not only our business and customers but also to the communities we operate in,", said Wilson Security CEO Nick Frangoulis.
