Luke Wilson – State Manager, Queensland
Luke Wilson is a security professional with more than 12 years of industry experience, including over 8 years in leadership roles at Wilson Security. His background includes supporting high-level government departments such as the Attorney-General’s Department, Department of Finance, and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Luke joined Wilson Security in 2017 as a Security Officer on the Defence contract and progressed through multiple operational roles, including Site Supervisor and Client Service Coordinator. Here he managed large teams all across the Defence portfolio. He later held senior leadership positions, including State Manager for the Australian Capital Territory, before relocating to Brisbane in 2023 to lead the Queensland operations.
Luke currently oversees the strategic direction of Wilson Security in Queensland, with a focus on operational delivery, accountability, and continuous improvement across client sites.
