Unveiling the Wilson Security 2026-2028 Reconciliation Action Plan

Reconciliation is a journey of listening, learning and taking meaningful action, and Wilson Security is proud to continue that journey with the launch of our new Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

We are proud to launch our new Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), marking the next chapter in our commitment to building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and businesses across Australia. Building on the foundations established through our previous RAPs, this new plan reinforces our focus on creating meaningful opportunities, fostering cultural understanding and embedding reconciliation throughout our organisation.

Our RAP provides a framework for advancing reconciliation through four key pillars: relationships, respect, opportunities and governance. It reflects our ambition to create a workplace where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples feel welcomed, valued and empowered to thrive while continuing to strengthen community partnerships and support Indigenous businesses through our supply chain.

As part of the launch, Wilson Group’s leadership team came together to share their personal reflections and commitment to reconciliation in a dedicated RAP video. Through these conversations, our leaders discuss why reconciliation matters, the role every employee can play, and how collective action helps drive meaningful and lasting change across our business and the communities we serve. The video highlights the importance of leadership accountability and demonstrates that reconciliation is everyone's responsibility.

Since beginning our RAP journey, Wilson Group has made significant progress, including developing partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations and communities, growing employment opportunities, increasing engagement with First Nations-owned businesses and expanding cultural awareness initiatives across our workforce.

While we are proud of what has been achieved, we recognise there is more work to do. Our new RAP challenges us to continue learning, strengthen existing relationships and create opportunities that contribute to a more equitable and inclusive future.

Reconciliation is not a destination but an ongoing commitment. Through this RAP, and with the support of our people, partners and communities, Wilson Group remains dedicated to making a positive and lasting impact.
