John Rogers
Chief Executive Officer

A disciplined strategic thinker and a highly experienced senior executive, John led the growth of Wilson Security from 2006 - 2014, both in Australia and offshore. In previous roles he has delivered an Integrated Management System, issue resolution strategies and implemented Wilson Security’s local delivery model. John specialises in change management, business transformation and growth, and maintains a genuine passion for the role of leadership in an organisation.  

​In the role of Chief Executive Officer , John is responsible for all aspects of operations in Australia, Papua New Guinea and Nauru. A well-rounded strategic manager, John holds a Masters of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science. 

 
 
Vincent Clifford
Chief Financial Officer

Vince joined Wilson Security in 2006, bringing more than 30 years’ experience in senior financial roles for security and industrial service companies. As Chief Financial Officer, Vince’s expertise has seen the business through significant change and recent acquisitions that have resulted in the business creating a stronghold as industry leader. ​

Day-to-day, Vince monitors our economic stability and growth, ensuring Wilson Security continues to represent the lowest commercial risk, providing yet another layer of protection to our clients. A qualified accountant, and an active member of CPA Australia, Vince holds a Masters of Business Administration together with a Bachelor of Commerce.

 
 
Chris Goodall
General Manager Strategy and Development

Chris is an outcome-driven, passionate professional, with over 15 years' experience in general management, strategic sales, business development and supply chain management. He has extensive working experience within a range of different markets having held senior roles for BHP, Hills and BlueScope.

Chris joined Wilson Security in 2016 as General Manager – Strategy & Development. He is an empowering executive leader with a proven record of leading high-performing geographically dispersed teams.

His customer focus and due diligence skills ensure astute commercial, people and performance outcomes.

Since joining Wilson Security, Chris has focused on delivering strategies to continue to grow our Blue chip clients, while diversifying our value propositions to deliver an integrated approach to security.

 
 
Con Lygizos
Regional General Manager SA/QLD/NT

​A seasoned security professional with more than 20 years’ experience within the security industry, Con joined Wilson Security in 2006. With a solid background evidenced by multiple roles held in senior leadership positions for competing security organisations, together with senior security and risk roles with some of Australia’s leading retailers, Con is one of our most highly skilled and respected security practitioners.

​As Regional General Manager for South Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland, Con utilises his exceptional negotiation, innovation and customer service skills to consistently deliver results – something to which our many clients can attest. Con holds a Diploma in Business and Security Risk Management.

 
 
William Daly
General Manager WA

​​Will joined Wilson Security in 2004 as General Manager for Western Australia. In over a decade of service, Will has contributed significantly to growth and customer retention in the region. With prior experience in commercial security operations with almost 20 years’ experience in senior management roles, Will is adept at contract development which has been instrumental in him identifying ​efficiencies in managing the workflow for his territory’s many and varied clients.

His strong focus on continuous improvement has remained consistent – evidenced by his ability to maintain profitable business models across various sectors. This streamlined approach has led Will to grow and maintain ongoing relationships for mutual benefit.

 
 
Greg Watson
General Manager - Regional Operations VIC/TAS

​Joining Wilson Security in November 2016 as the Regional General Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, Greg has full responsibility for managing the business operation, including the strategic direction and alignment with customer and industry requirements.  

Greg has extensive senior management experience in the security and facilities management industries following an earlier career in education and training. With a strong track record developing organizational strategic direction and achieving growth, Greg has also been responsible for delivering quality services across all industry sectors. 

Committed to providing the highest levels of customer service, Greg is an operations specialist accustomed to offering tailored solutions for complex assignments. He has been involved in managing the transition of numerous new contracts and providing security and event staff at Major Events for international and local events across sports, entertainment and government. 

 
 
Robert Delord
General Manager NSW/ACT

​Joining Wilson Security as State Manager for NSW/ACT in 2014, Robert is a senior management professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and general management. He has extensive working experience, holding similar positions at companies such as Recall Australia, PMP Limited & SC Johnson. 

A strong leader, Robert has overseen many customer focused projects and teams. 


​In the role of General Manager NSW/ACT, Robert has oversight and accountability over contracts, compliance and staff management. With over 20 years experience in sales and general management, Robert also holds a diploma in Marketing & Advanced Certificiate Sales and Marketing

 
 
Daren Rendle
Chief Commercial Officer

​An operationally-focused and commercially-driven executive with an in-depth knowledge of the Security industry, Daren has almost 30 years' experience in senior strategic roles. Bringing this extensive knowledge to the role of CCO, he is driven to consolidate and simplify, ensure consistency throughout the organisation and remove waste from the wider organisation. Having successfully completed similar activities at prior roles, he is well placed to deliver improvement across Wilson Security.  

​In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Daren takes a leadsership role in all commercially-orientated aspects of the business. With strong skills in operations management, business improvement & contract management, Daren also holds a Masters in Business Administration. 

 
 
Alicia Cirillo
National Human Resources Manager

​Alicia is an accomplished and focused Human Resources practitioner with over 12 years’ HR experience. Before commencing with Wilson Security, she worked in the construction, oil and gas, trade services and transport and logistics industries. With highly-developed leadership and people management skills, Alicia has a passion for employee relations and organisational culture and engagement. .

​Alicia plans, directs and coordinates the human resource management activities for the business. She is responsible for designing and delivering HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overarching Wilson Group HR strategy and Wilson Security business strategy. 

Her significant experience in HR leadership roles within multi-site businesses lends to her capacity to guide Wilson Security towards cohesive, effective and profitable Human Resources management

 
 
Cris Rielly
General Manager - Regional Operations

Cris joined Wilson Security in May 2015 and has been operating the Offshore Security Business in Wilson Security and now heads up the security technology business Nationally. In this role, Cris has 20+ years of service delivery experience and has overall accountability for the delivery,  compliance and commercial aspects relating to the specific business units.

Cris' key strengths include stakeholder management, strong commercial acumen, delivering lean operational solutions and developing teams that clients can rely on in various industries and operating environments. 

Holding business and people management qualifications, he is passionate about leading engaged and professional teams to deliver exceptional results.

 
 
Paul McDonald
Chief Operating Officer

​An accomplished industry leader and senior executive, Paul has operated within Australia’s security industry for almost 30 years, primarily in national and general management roles. 

In the role of Chief Operating Officer since mid-2018, Paul has been responsible for leading the successful financial, operational, growth and compliance performance of the Mobile Patrol business unit.

​Leveraging a wealth of senior-level professional expertise, Paul has previously provided leadership to one of Australia's leading security and cleaning companies. 

A highly-talented and experienced general manager, Paul specialises in operational, client and employee relations, and ensuring superior levels of service and compliance organisation-wide.
