Wilson Security also operates its own 24 hour, 7 days a week Operations Support Centre, which provides a central control point for all Wilson operations. The Support Centre provides emergency back-up and support for all client sites to ensure the safety of our personnel and the security of our clients’ assets.
Handling more than 43,000 calls a month, our Operations Support Centre is a critical piece of infrastructure that helps us to promptly resolve a wide range of issues arising from any one of the Wilson Group operations across the country. We use advanced communications and internet technology to monitor and log all Wilson Security activities.
Additionally we have a Control Room based in Perth that supports our WA static and mobile operations as well as provides essential redundancy support to our Operations Support Centre. Both are manned 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Operated by highly experienced controllers, they provide services nationally.
