Wilson Security Officers ( Security Guards )

At Wilson Security, we draw from a national pool of around 3,000 highly trained security personnel. Our Security Officers (Security Guards) are recruited and trained against a carefully designed range of core competencies. Our Officers undergo a selection process, which may include police checks, literacy and numeracy testing, reference checking and probity clearance. Wilson Security officers are engaged to undertake a range of roles in different locations including:

• Static Guarding & Armed Guarding (including building security guards, ATM guards, static guards etc)
• Mobile Patrols
• Access Control
• Personal Screening
• Traffic Management (including traffic controllers, analysis and risk management)
• Customer Service
• Concierge duties
• Special events
• Emergency response
