Recently winning the ASIAL award for the best Integrated Security Solution, Wilson Security RAPID is the newly created brand through which we deliver Australia’s highest quality mobile patrols and alarm response service. 

While GPS and mobile communication hardware has been available to the industry for the last five years, there has until now been no integrated application that provides an end-to-end solution – from ordering the service to invoicing.

Wilson Security RAPID integrates the latest in database management, mobile communications, on-board navigation and G.P.S. to deliver a transparent service with quicker response times, more detailed reporting with timely and accurate invoicing.  The technology is supported by carefully selected staff and the highest quality of individual training – bringing an elite level of service to this market segment.

RAPID is a customised application that has been developed to manage the complex relationship between client sites, patrol runs, key locations, qualified Patrol Officers and invoicing requirements.  RAPID is accessible to clients on line and ensures accurate and timely information management and complete transparency.  It is the most sophisticated application of its kind in use in the security industry.

RAPID technology
Each patrol vehicle is installed with a RAPID terminal which enables patrols and alarm responses to automatically be assigned to the closest vehicle.  Incorporating a unique analytics application, RAPID optimises the most efficient route and sequences tasks according to priority and timing requirements.

Integrated with our Operations Support Centres’ dispatch system, RAPID offers estimated arrival times of the Mobile Patrol – enabling quicker and more accurate responses to enquiries from our clients.

Upon completion of a patrol, the Mobile Patrol Officer completes reports on the RAPID terminal which are automatically emailed to the client – removing the requirement to leave a paper docket.
