We appreciate that every business is unique with different security requirements. To assist current and potential clients in identifying the most effective security solutions, we have established a dedicated Project Management Team to design integrated security solutions that provide genuine cost savings, whilst being mindful of security risks, vulnerabilities and site requirements.

For each contract we assign a Project Manager to work with the client to understand their needs, assess risk and design a scope of work that fulfils the requirements. We maintain responsibility for sourcing and maintaining suitably qualified and experienced technicians and coordinating the supply and installation of the security technology. Wilson Security provides a service and maintenance offer which safeguards the client's investment and ensures business continuity.

State of the art equipment can be installed to provide event-based monitoring of clients' sites. Event alerts are sent directly to Wilson Security's Operations Support Centres, where a qualified and highly trained Operator will view the event and coordinate the most appropriate course of action in response. Being an integrated service, we can dispatch a Wilson Security Rapid response vehicle to attend the site if required.

Choosing the most appropriate technology for each project, we provide tailored solutions with the following applications:

• Intelligent video surveillance, enabling event detection and video response capability
• Video surveillance that can be integrated with perimeter security, barriers, gates and parking systems to coordinate secure access control from a central location
• Virtual help points and remote access to centralise control room functions.
