Wilson Security provides services using our Local Delivery Model. We are able to perform the full range of contract management functions at State level. Clients have direct and personal access to a contract manager who can work autonomously to ensure successful service delivery. This model is of course supported and supplemented by a national management overlay including specialisation in training, operations design and finance.
