The Wilson Security Twitter account is managed by the Marketing team on behalf of Wilson Security.

If you follow us, you can expect 1 - 2 tweets a day, covering some or all of the following:

  • Alerts about new services, areas of coverage, and other improvements
  • Alerts about press releases, speeches, and publicity campaigns
  • Information on our staff and events they are participating in
  • News and facts relating to the security industry in Australia
  • New job opportunities that arise for employment within Wilson Security

Occasionally Wilson Security will re-post tweets that it believes will be valuable to its followers.
While care is taken, we cannot warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of that information

If you follow us on Twitter we will not automatically follow you back.
Wilson Security may follow relevant organisations including businesses, government, and media where there is a clear link in communicating and receiving information.

Wilson Security will generally not follow individuals unless they are known in a professional capacity and align with the business rule above.

Under no circumstances does being followed by Wilson Security imply endorsement of any kind.

Availability

We will update and monitor our Twitter account during office hours, Monday to Friday.
Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime.

@Replies and Direct Messages

We welcome feedback, ideas and comments from all our followers, and endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However, we are not able to reply individually to all the messages we receive via Twitter.

The Marketing team reads all @replies and Direct Messages and ensures that any necessary comments or suggestions are passed onto the relevant people at Wilson Security.

While we will endeavour to respond to any customer service complaints or queries promptly, these types of questions should be referred through normal account management channels.
