Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has become available at Wilson Security in the Sydney Control Centre based at the Beaconsfield head office. The Control Room Operator is responsible for coordinating and supporting operational requirements for the delivery of the security service.
 

This role is fast-paced and will provide a challenging work environment.

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to:

·      Responding to customer & employee enquires

·      Scheduling & rostering duties

·      Dispatching alarm response vehicles

·      Monitoring compliance and service levels

Wilson Security is seeking a candidate:

·      who has ability to coordinate multiple tasks
·      who has the ability to resolve problems

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of computer literacy and can work autonomously.
