Job Description: Employing more than 500 people in W.A. Currently we have vacancies for Static & Patrol Guards. Wilson employees provide vital input to ensure the professional delivery of customer expectations, including the timely resolution of customer difficulties.

The positions available will suit someone who enjoys working in a high-volume, quality, results focused environment.

 The primary functions of this role include:

  • Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, customers, contractors, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
  • Respond to customer concerns in an enthusiastic and helpful manner; demonstrate a preparedness to advise and share basic information about security service matters, and the site and premises more generally.
  • Identify and raise with Management, opportunities to improve systems, processes and provide an improved quality security service.

Previous security experience would be highly beneficial but is not essential. Training in our IT systems and customer management procedures will be provided. As a Static or Patrol Guard you are required to detect and report all unusual activity and work as directed by the control room operators. You must be able to work outdoors and have no issues with standing or walking for long periods.

To be eligible you will need:    

  • Availability to work on 12-hour shift basis (various rosters)
  • Possession of a clean and current WA driver's license,
  • Possession of a current WA security license
  • Possession of current first aid certificate
  • A recent Police Clearance
  • The ability to function within a team environment

In addition to above award employment conditions, you will receive uniforms and appropriate training.
