It's this kind of experience and approach that has seen Wilson Security awarded key contracts Australia wide, for iconic clients including the National Gallery of Victoria, Southern Cross Station, Woolworths, Adelaide's North Terrace Cultural Precinct, which includes the Art Gallery of South Australia, State Library of SA, South Australian Museum and Migration Museum, ANZ, TransAdelaide, Transfield Services and the Department of Defence.

Wilson Security operates a fully certified quality assurance system. Our Management System incorporates the activities associated with the provision of guarding and alarm responses, loss prevention, event security services, call centre services, access control systems and mobile patrols.  It has been certified in Victoria to ISO 9001:2008 by SAI Global.

As part of our Management System, we develop Contract Management Plans specific to each contract.  These plans provide a manual for our security officers and are the foundation of our service. Our system complies with the requirements of AS 4421:1996 Guards and Patrols.

HSE
Wilson Security has a genuine commitment to the health and safety of our employees, contractors and customers.  We operate a complete Safety Management system that conforms to AS 4801, which includes an Environment component that conforms to AS 14001.  This system has been integrated with our quality system for certification purposes.  This is backed by comprehensive procedures and thorough training for employees at all levels.   Additionally we implement specific safety plans at all sites.

Greenfleet
Wilson Security has recently partnered with Greenfleet, a not-for-profit organisation helping to reduce the impact of vehicles on the environment.

Our partnership with Greenfleet allows Wilson Security to offset greenhouse gas emissions generated from the fuel used in our fleet of patrol vehicles.

The partnership is part of a Wilson Group initiative.

Employee Welfare
We provide additional welfare and support to our security officers nationally via an external Employee Assistance Programme and our partnership with a cross-denominational industrial chaplaincy service.  These services provide support to our security officers who can confidentially discuss challenges they may be experiencing in their personal or working life.

As a proud sponsor of the WSR Racing team in the V8 Supercars, we are able to provide employees with tickets for events such as the Clipsal 500, Sandown 500 and Bathurst 1000. 

Employees are invited to participate in a number of activities that standard ticket holders could not experience, like a Pit Tour and Hot Laps with a WSR team driver.  Through this sponsorship we are also able to provide major clients with tickets to the V8 Supercars. Clients are able to use these tickets as part of their own community engagement or internal employee recognition programmes.
